Q: What safety precautions are you taking for in-person attendees?

A: Our venue has multiple precautions in place to keep you safe. In addition, we’ll follow strict social distancing guidelines, require masks while indoors, set up hand sanitizing stations throughout the space and do temperature checks upon entry.

 

Q: Who will get a welcome bag?
A: The first 2,500 in-person attendees will get a welcome bag during registration.

 

Q: Why isn’t there a party this year?
A: We decided to forego the party to help ensure everyone stays safely distanced. Feel free to gather in smaller groups with your team!

 

Q: Who can attend Awards Night?
A: All are welcome to attend Awards Night in-person or virtually, at no additional cost.

 

Q: What’s the dress code for Awards Night?

A: Cocktail attire isn’t necessary, but do dress to impress.

 

Q: Will there be food at Awards Night?

A: For the safety of all Associates and staff, we won’t be serving dinner so everyone can keep their masks on.

 

Q: What if I register and in-person Kynection gets canceled?

A: If restrictions pop up that prevent you from traveling or cause us to cancel the in-person experience, we’ll still hold the virtual event. If you registered for the in-person option, you’ll be refunded the difference for attending virtually.

 

Q: I registered for Kynection but can’t attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

A: Yes. Get in touch with Associate Support to transfer your ticket. You can email them at as@wekynect.com or give them a call at 833-859-6328.

 

Q: If I cancel my in-person registration, will I still get a welcome bag?

A: Welcome bags are for paid, registered, in-person attendees only. The first 2,500 in-person attendees will get a welcome bag at registration check-in. Early bird gets the worm!

 

Q: I found the Hilton Anatole on Truvvi . Can I book my hotel nights through Truvvi for Kynection?

A: If you plan to book your stay with Truvvi™, be sure to choose a refundable rate in case your plans change. Keep in mind you’ll be charged a mandatory resort fee ($27.50/day). This fee is waived when booking through our partner link.
