We want your experience at Kynect Getaway to be filled with fun and relaxation. Please click and review the following tips and let us know if you have any questions.

Resort Safety

We’ve been working closely with the hotel to make sure everything is in place to keep you comfortable and safe while still having an amazing time. To view the resort's policy and procedures to a safe environment, click here.

Dreams Natura is currently operating at a 30% capacity limit as mandated by the Mexican Government. With current capacity restrictions, we are hopeful our group will occupy the majority of the resort.

Airline Safety

Be sure to check with your airline regarding COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Kynect Safety

At this time we are evaluating what group activities and gatherings we will be able to hold to meet social distancing guidelines and comfortability. We encourage you to wear a mask when needed or required and practice social distancing while enjoying resort amenities, off-property activities and engaging with your Kynect Family.

BAG FEES

Check with your airline to confirm their baggage fees. Your baggage cannot weigh over 50 pounds or you will incur an additional surcharge.

TSA LIMITS

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) limits the amount of liquid you can carry onto a plane. Liquids (gels, lotions, etc.) in a carry-on bag must be three ounces or smaller and packed together in a quart-sized, clear plastic bag. Please be mindful of TSA limits. For more detailed information, visit the TSA website.

FLIGHTS

Shop around for flights using your favorite flight search engines. We highly recommend using Google Flights.

IDENTIFICATION

A valid passport with an expiration date of no less than 6 months following the conclusion of the trip is required. This must be a full passport, not a passport card – don't leave home without it!

BE EARLY

Arrive at the airport two hours prior to your departure. This is required for international travel.

SPARE CLOTHES

Bring a spare change of clothes in a carry-on in case your baggage gets lost.

CREDIT CARDS

Call your debit and credit card companies before you leave and let them know you are traveling out of the country. This will help avoid declined transactions or failed ATM withdraws.

We recommend packing the following:

Swimsuit
Sunglasses
Hat
Insect Repellent
Light Jackets
Long Pants
Rain Gear
Water Sandals

Sundresses
Shorts
Sunscreen
Sneakers
Camera
Phone/Charger
Media
Prescription Medication(s)

APPLICATIONS

We’ll be sending you an invitation to download our Kynect Getaway app, which will allow you to communicate with other Kynect members who are on the trip. Download your favorite communication apps on your smartphone to be able to make Wi-Fi calls. (i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook Messaging, etc.) iPhone users will be able to text other iPhone users via iMessage while on Wi-Fi.

TIME DIFFERENCE

Cancun will be observing Central Standard time during our trip.

ATTIRE

Nothing says vacation quite like casual wear. Casual attire and beach wear are the norm. Please be prepared with more adventurous gear for off-site activities and excursions. While you’ll be wearing shorts or swimwear in the day, you might want a light sweater or jacket in the evenings. Also, please note that some restaurants have a “Relaxed Chic” dress code. Nice shorts and sundresses are appropriate.

WEATHER

Mexico’s weather is warm throughout the year. Expect highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 70s.

TRANSPORTATION

We have arranged ground transportation to and from the Cancun airport and Dreams Natura Resort. Be sure to provide your flight details during registration by October 1 so we can arrange your ground transportation in Mexico.

After you retrieve your luggage, exit the airport and bypass anyone trying to stop you with timeshare or transportation offers. Once you’re outside, look for the Amstar staff with blue tropical shirts holding a sign with the Kynect Logo. They will direct you to our private shuttles. The drive from the airport to the Dreams Natura is approximately 35 minutes.
