While we are all excited to be together as a Kynect Family again, we ask that you respect and adhere to the following: 

• Masks are required at all Kynect events (except when eating or drinking), which include :
  • Group Check-In (indoors)
  • Welcome Reception (outdoors)
  • Leadership Meeting (indoors with social distancing)
  • Farewell Dinner (outdoors)

• The Resort requires you to wear a mask when entering/leaving all restaurants and when visiting the Buffet. 
• Please respect each other’s space and be cautious of other’s comfortability.  

• We also ask you to be patient with the hotel staff. As you can imagine, COVID impacted the hotel greatly and they are doing their best to give us the best experience possible. You may experience slightly slower service than normal but be patient – you’re on vacation!
