You and a guest are invited to join us for a four-night complimentary stay at the all-inclusive Atelier Playa Mujeres. All that’s left to do now is register, book your flights, and make sure your passport is up to date.

- This resort is exclusive for individuals 16 years or older. Your guest must be at least 16 years old. (See option below regarding children).
- A refundable $99 registration fee is required and will be refunded upon completion of the trip.
- All transportation expenses to and from Cancun, Mexico are your responsibility.
- Cancun (CUN) is the only airport that services the area. We highly recommend for you to book your airfare as soon as possible and shop around for the best possible rates.
- A valid passport with an expiration date of no less than six months following the conclusion of the trip is required. This must be a full passport, not a passport card.
- You will be responsible for the income taxes based on the value of the trip. This will be reflected on your 2019 1099.
- Additional expenses you may encounter: transportation to and from your home airport, off-property food and beverage, specialty items on the resort, shopping and potential excursions.
- If you are unable to attend: this trip is not transferrable, cannot be postponed and no cash alternative is offered.

- Associates who cancel after August 31, 2019 will not receive a refund of the $99 registration fee.
- Associates who cancel after September 31, 2019 will be responsible for a fee of $1,000 and will be billed by Kynect.
- Associates who cancel after October 7, 2019 will be responsible for a fee of $2,000 and will be billed by Kynect.
Based on availability, you are welcome to add additional nights and/or a third guest to your room at your own expense. Please indicate your interest in the registration system so that we can check availability for you.
- Additional Nights: Rate begins at $380 per room/per night based on double occupancy and room assignment.
- Additional Guest: Fee is based on the four-night accommodations per person. (1 additional guest per room is allowed) The rate for guests 16 years of age or older is $672 based on 4 nights.
As mentioned above, this resort is exclusive to guests 16 years of age or older. If you are planning to bring a child as your guest or would like to add your child/children to your room, the alternative is to stay at Estudio Playa Mujeres Family Resort, the connecting sister property. This property offers the same amenities as Atelier and adults are able to travel between both properties. Children under 16 will only be able to go to Atelier for the Kynect welcome reception, meeting and farewell party.
